The Murmaider.

I absolutely love this image. The colour, The tone, the texture, Everything is beautifully balanced. The darkness and the light of the picture is well balanced and is portrayed beautifully.

I especially love the contrast of the image. You can tell the character in this image is coloured in a way that makes it match the set of where it would be taken. The emphasis in the character is touched upon well. I feel the colour is to shows the difference in where it's placed. The colour of each reflection is done so well you can tell it would most likely have that visual.

The balance in colour is also done very well. I love what you've done with the light above and the one on the bottom. The light on top isn't too bright nor is it too dark. So is the light in the bottom. It doesn't conflict with the light on top and is reflected on the character.

Very original, It's so unique due to the way the character is done. I have never in my life seen anything like this. I personally feel like people are afraid to go with different type of "species" when it comes to creation. Mostly because people are used to seeing a hybrid of a man and a fish (or whatever) and this is drawn so perfectly no one's going to freak out.

The technique is just beautiful. The darkness of the image is what most cannot touch upon. People sometimes make the light too bright, or too dark. This hit's the image so well. It leaves the viewer with nothing to complain about. The shading and brightness is just so complex and well thought out. I especially love the lights floating around. This is the one thing I feel was so close to being perfect. However it needs to be slightly brighter. Not the width of the light but appearance wise. If the core was done a little brighter and reflected on then it would be 110% much better.

The impact is just wow. I was not expecting this at all. It so well done and is amazing. I think this is something that most people cannot touch upon (as stated before) because most people don't know certain aspects to apply. An example would be the texture of the light on top. Normally people would just put the light and that's it. But there are the more too it. You can see it, Because of the things inside the water.

It's just amazing. I love it
